Creative Cooking

Comidorosalata - Variety of tomatoes, chargrilled melon, pretza cheese from Corina's farm, olive caramel. Catch of the day Tartar - dressing finger lime, tzatziki cream, granita salicornia. Sugo - Fried egg foam, scordostoubi, corn cream, olive oil brioche. Zakynthian Avgolemono - Poached chicken, crispy chicken skin, turnip "risotto", smoked herring caviar. Pork Ragu - Slow roasted pork neck, tavla cheese foam, pork broth with "pasta". Chargrilled Rump of Lamb - Greek yogurt, carrot, kimchi. Banoffee - Valrhona hazelnut praline, parfait banana, vanilla whipped cream, caramelized hazelnuts. All of the above are just some of the dishes offered in "Prosilio" restaurant. An excellent selection of more than 100 wine labels can be added into the unique variety of dishes, both from Greek and foreign vineyards. There is the possibility to serve a glass of any wine in the restaurant with the Coravin method.

Chef Kristy Karageorgou

Chef Kristy Karageorgou's journey into the culinary world began in 2004 when she enrolled at the School of Tourism Professions in Galaxidi. Over the years, she has held prominent positions in the gastronomy sector, amassing both theoretical and practical knowledge that has honed her understanding and appreciation of fine cuisine.

In 2016, together with Yiorgos Kampitsis, she founded Prosilio Restaurant in the heart of Zakynthos Town. Through a deep commitment to local ingredients, quality, and the foundational principles of Greek cuisine, she has shaped the philosophy and trajectory of Prosilio. Her culinary creations are inspired not by recipes alone, but by the memories and stories that the ingredients evoke.

Chef Kristy's dedication and innovative approach to Greek and Ionian cuisine have earned Prosilio numerous accolades over the past three years, including prestigious awards from The FNL Guide and the "Xrysoi Skoufoi" (Toques d’or).
