Aromatic green salad with gratin goat cheese, caramelized bacon, dried fruits and framboise vinaigrette. White fish roe mousse with crispy mini prawns and fresh grated tomato. Prawn tartar with avocado salad, lemon cream and avgotaraho of Messolonghi. French-trimmed rack of lamb on crispy crust of beef sausage and cream of white beans. Grilled Black Angus Hanger steak beef with aromatic butter, crunchy potatoes and baby rocket salad. Mushroom risotto with smoked dried tuna in flakes and white truffle oil. Tagliatelle with raw Mediterranean sauce, organic olive oil, herbs and olive powder. All of the above are just some of the dishes offered in "Prosilio" restaurant. An excellent selection of more than 100 wine labels can be added into the unique variety of dishes, both from Greek and foreign vineyards. There is the possibility to serve a glass of any wine in the restaurant with the Coravin method.
